Yes! As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. If a tracking number is available from our carrier, we’ll include it right there so you can keep an eye on your pet’s treats.

We want you and your pets to be happy. If a product isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it to us. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we can’t take responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we will cover the return costs.

We’re so sorry if this happens. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours at support@WonderlandPets.shop with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.
